You can easily learn the fundamental principles of t'ai chi in our fun and enjoyable classes taught by experienced instructors. We offer classes for students from beginner to advanced. Our curriculum includes the t'ai chi form, qigong, ichuan standing meditation, push hands, tai chi sword, and tai chi fan.
We have been teaching classes in Baltimore, Towson and surrounding areas for over 15 years. We also offer programs for universities, businesses, senior citizen groups, and schools. Our goal is to help others to improve their health and vitality through the practice of tai chi and related arts.
