Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art practiced for health and relaxation. Its slow movements help you to  reduce stress, improve circulation and improve your overall sense of well being. People of all ages and abilities can practice tai chi. Our curriculum includes the t’ai chi form, qigong, ichuan, t’ai chi sword, and t’ai chi fan.

Our beginning t’ai chi course lasts 12 weeks and each class lasts one hour. Classes are in the evenings in Charles Village and in Towson. New beginning classes will  start in February, 2008.

We also offer daytime t’ai chi classes for seniors, free t’ai chi practice sessions, and special workshops in Baltimore and in locations around the world. Call for information.
