Weather Cancellation

In case of inclement weather such as snow or ice call Baltimore Tai Chi at 410 296-4944 after 4 pm on the day of your class. There will be a message left that will inform you if class is cancelled. If there is no cancellation message then class will be held as usual. Cancelled classes will be made up at the end of the class session.

Repeating Classes

You may repeat Tai Chi 1, Tai Chi 2, Tai Chi 3, or Tai Chi 4 classes as many times as you like within one year of originally taking, and paying in full, for the class you are repeating. After one year you may repeat a class for half of the current cost of the class. Single classes can be repeated for $10.  New practice DVDs are not provided for free when repeating a class.

Refunds

If you drop out of a class within 2 weeks of starting, you will receive a refund for the cost of the class on a prorated basis upon your request.  This means that the cost of the classes you have taken will be deducted from your refund. Unless returned, the cost of any DVDs you have received will also be deducted from any refund. In order to be eligible for a refund you must request your refund within one week of dropping out. Remember that if you cannot complete your class for any reason you can take the course again, at no charge, at anytime, for up to one year.

Non-Discrimination

Baltimore Tai Chi affords equal opportunity to all students without regard to race, color, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, marital status, disability, veteran status or national origin or other criteria protected by law.
