Baltimore Tai Chi Policies
Weather Cancellation
In case of inclement weather such as snow or ice call Baltimore Tai Chi at 410 296-4944, or check our Facebook page, after 4 pm on the day of your class. There will be a message left that will inform you if class is cancelled. If there is no cancellation message then class will be held as usual. Cancelled classes will be made up at the end of the class session.
Repeating Classes
You may repeat Tai Chi 1, Tai Chi 2, Tai Chi 3, or Tai Chi 4 classes as many times as you like at no additional charge within one year of originally taking, and paying in full, for the class you are repeating. After one year you may repeat these classes for half of the current cost of the class, or single classes can be repeated for $10. New practice DVDs are not provided for free when repeating a class.
Refunds
If you drop out of a beginners tai chi class (Tai Chi 1) within 2 weeks of starting, you will receive a full refund of the cost of the class upon return of the dvd. Remember that if you cannot complete your Tai Chi 1, 2, 3 or 4 class for any reason, you can take the course again, at no additional charge, at any time for up to one year. If you need to discuss a refund, please contact Eric on 410 296 4944 or email info@baltimoretaichi.com.
Non-Discrimination
Baltimore Tai Chi affords equal opportunity to all students and instructors without regard to race, color, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, marital status, disability, veteran status or national origin or other criteria protected by law.
