September 13 and 16 Tai Chi for Seniors Online Classes Starting New Session

Join us for our popular Tai Chi for Seniors session this Fall. These classes will be on Zoom. You can register on our Schedule page by clicking here, and you will be sent the Zoom link before the class. If you are registering within an hour of the class, please call 410 296 4944 to ensure you get the link. This class will take place 12.30-1.30pm on Mondays for 10 weeks starting September 13, and on Thursdays, 10.30-11.30am for 10 weeks starting September 16. Tuition is $50 and you can attend on one or both days.

These classes, while designed for seniors, are open to people of all ages. Tai chi and qigong are proven to improve health, lower blood pressure, reduce stress, and increase our overall sense of well-being. Tai chi is recommended by the CDC for improving balance. All are welcome to join this class, including students from across the country and even around the world - so, you can invite your family and friends to do tai chi with you online wherever they live!
