Coronavirus Update - All Tai Chi Classes Suspended Temporarily

Baltimore Tai Chi regrets that we are postponing all tai chi classes and other events, starting today, as all of our teaching venues are currently closed. We will monitor the situation closely and let you know when we are able to resume classes and practices.

We encourage our students to continue to practice tai chi on a daily basis. Tai chi and qigong are proven to boost the immune system and to improve health. We recommend practicing tai chi and qigong every day and if you can do it outdoors, that’s even better.
